The problem
Job hunting is mostly admin.
How it works
Four steps, then you're just applying.
- 01
Drop in your resume
Upload a PDF once. Apply Ops parses it into a structured profile — titles, skills, seniority, locations — and every search from then on runs against it.
- 02
Pick your boards
Choose up to 4 boards per search and how many roles you want back, up to 25. India, global, remote-only — or a mix.
- 03
Get a ranked shortlist
The matcher searches every board you picked in one pass and returns real, currently-open listings with the full job description attached, so you can judge fit without opening a single tab.
- 04
Apply, and keep the thread
Each result carries a direct apply link. Mark what you've sent, filter by status, and keep the whole search in one place instead of across a dozen accounts.
Coverage
India, global and remote.
Pick up to 4 per search — fewer boards means sharper matches. New boards are added regularly.
Chrome extension
Apply from the tab you're already in.
The extension puts Apply Ops inside Gmail — your credit balance, your send schedule, and every queued application, without a context switch.
- See your remaining credits without leaving the tab you're in
- Queue applications and send them on your own schedule, in your own timezone
- Review every draft in Gmail before anything leaves your account

Why we built it
Searching is not the same as applying.
Most of a job hunt disappears into the part that isn't applying — re-running the same query on another site, re-reading listings you've already dismissed, trying to remember whether you sent that one.
Apply Ops takes that part. What's left is the part that actually moves you forward.
What you get
Built for applying, not browsing.
Up to 25 live roles per search, each one already readable end to end before you decide whether it's worth your afternoon.
Matched against your actual resume
Not keyword search. Your parsed profile drives the query, so the shortlist reflects the seniority and stack you really have.
Every board, one query
LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, Glassdoor, Y Combinator, Naukri, Internshala, Hirist, Instahyre, Cutshort, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely — and more as we add them.
Full descriptions, inline
Every result arrives with the complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, location, experience band. No preview truncation.
Direct apply links
Each role links straight to the real posting on the board it came from. No re-entry forms, no middleman application.
One tracker for everything
Save, mark applied, filter by board or status. Your whole search lives in one table instead of a dozen board accounts.
Chrome extension
Pull listings straight off the boards while you browse, and keep everything flowing back into the same tracker.

Questions
Before you start.
Does Apply Ops submit applications for me?
No. It finds and ranks the roles, pulls in the full description, and links you straight to the real posting on the board it came from. You submit the application yourself — which also means nothing goes out under your name that you haven't read.
Which job boards does it search?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, Glassdoor, Y Combinator, Naukri, Internshala, Hirist, Instahyre, Cutshort, RemoteOK and We Work Remotely today, with new boards added regularly. You pick up to 4 per search — fewer boards generally means sharper matches.
Are the listings actually live?
Each search runs fresh against the boards you selected and returns currently-open postings with a direct apply URL. Results are saved to your tracker so you can come back to them, and you can re-run a search whenever you want a new sweep.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
No — the matcher works entirely from the dashboard. The extension is there if you also want to capture listings while you're browsing boards yourself.
What does it cost?
You can start free. Searches draw on credits, and you can top up or move to a paid plan when you need more volume. Full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Spend the afternoon applying, not searching.
Upload a resume, pick your boards, and get a ranked shortlist from every one of them in a single pass.
